Coaching for a better you

Your aspirations, motivations and fears are unique. You may want to qualify for Kona over iron-distance triathlon, or you may be looking to run your first 5k. You may want to find ways to upgrade your swimming, or make the transition from cyclist to triathlete. Whatever your fitness challenge of choice, a coach can help you get over the line.

But is that enough? It isn’t for me. I prefer to help people achieve their athletic potential healthy and happy. That takes a relationship based on coaching the whole person. Communication is open and flexible; warmth and intuition balance with cold, hard data.

My experience of coaching individuals to meet their challenges is extensive. It covers all disciplines and all distances. As your coach I can teach you how to navigate a vast array of competing demands that stand between you and your goals. Complicated family lives. Capricious bosses. Serious or sudden illness. Endless scheduling changes at short notice. All these, and more, can slow your progress if you let it. I welcome the opportunity to piece the puzzle together to make it work for you.

Unlimited email, phone, Skype, Facetime and text support are all part of my coaching services. I am also happy to provide one-off consultations for athletes who prefer to be self-guided.
